Radio Midlands was a British radio station that operated as a regional service of the BBC. It was launched on 16 December 1922, broadcasting from Birmingham, and was one of the earliest BBC radio stations. The station primarily served the Midlands region of England, offering a mix of news, music, and other programming. It ceased operations in 1927 when the BBC reorganized its regional services, replacing local stations with a national network and regional relays.
