Rádio Tamandaré Playlist
Rádio Tamandaré was a Brazilian radio station based in Recife, Pernambuco, and operated by the Catholic Archdiocese of Olinda and Recife. It was founded on April 21, 1943, under the leadership of Archbishop Dom Miguel de Lima Valverde. The station played a significant role in promoting Catholic values and culture in the region. In 1952, Rádio Tamandaré became the first station in Pernambuco to broadcast in frequency modulation (FM). It eventually ceased operations in the late 20th century.
