Radio Veronica is a Dutch commercial radio station that primarily plays pop and rock music. It originated as an offshore pirate radio station, broadcasting from a ship in the 1960s and 1970s, before ceasing its pirate operations in 1974 due to changes in Dutch law. The station was later reestablished as a legal broadcaster and is now part of Talpa Network. Its programming focuses on classic hits from the 80s, 90s, and 2000s, alongside contemporary tracks. Radio Veronica is one of the most recognizable names in Dutch radio history.
