Metal Shop was a Canadian heavy metal radio program that aired on CITI-FM in Winnipeg, Manitoba, during the 1980s and into the early 1990s. The show became a key platform for metal music fans, featuring a mix of classic and emerging heavy metal tracks. Hosted by Rick "The Axeman" Hedrick, Metal Shop gained a loyal following for its dedication to the genre and its support of both international and local metal bands. It was known for its high-energy presentation and for being one of the few outlets in Canada at the time that focused exclusively on heavy metal.
