RNR (Radio Nordsee Rundfunk) was a German offshore radio station that operated in the 1970s. It broadcast from the ship *Mebo II*, anchored in international waters off the Dutch coast, targeting listeners in Germany, the Netherlands, and neighboring countries. The station aired a mix of pop music and advertisements, challenging state broadcasting monopolies of the era. RNR was associated with Radio North Sea International (RNI) and frequently changed its branding and language to adapt to its audience.
