Radio Miranda was a pirate radio station based in Bologna, Italy, that operated in the mid-1970s. It was among the early pioneers of independent broadcasting during a period when private radio stations were illegal in Italy. The station became notable for its innovative programming and its role in challenging the state monopoly on broadcasting held by RAI. Radio Miranda's efforts contributed to the broader movement that eventually led to the liberalization of Italian airwaves in the late 1970s.
