Rádio Libertação was a clandestine radio station in Brazil that operated during the military dictatorship (1964–1985). It was associated with leftist resistance movements, particularly the armed guerrilla group Ação Libertadora Nacional (ALN), founded by Carlos Marighella. The station served as a platform to disseminate anti-regime messages, promote revolutionary ideas, and counter government propaganda. It operated secretly to avoid detection by authorities, as the regime heavily suppressed dissenting voices. Its broadcasts were sporadic and relied on mobile equipment to evade capture.
