Radio Silesia was a German-language radio station that operated in the region of Silesia, primarily during the Nazi era in the 1930s and 1940s. It was part of the Reichs-Rundfunk-Gesellschaft (RRG), which controlled broadcasting in Germany at the time. The station served as a medium for Nazi propaganda and disseminated state-controlled news, music, and cultural programming. Its broadcasts were aimed at both local German-speaking populations and neighboring areas to promote German interests and ideology. After World War II, the station ceased operations as broadcasting in the region was reorganized under new authorities.
