The Globe Playlist
The Globe was a radio station brand in the United States associated with a Triple-A (Adult Album Alternative) music format. It was most notably used by WTGB, a Washington, D.C.-based station at 94.7 FM, from 2007 to 2009. The station focused on eco-friendly initiatives and promoted itself as "Washington's Green Station." WTGB eventually transitioned to a classic rock format and rebranded as "94.7 The Drive." The Globe name and format are no longer in use.
