Free Radio is a network of local radio stations in the West Midlands, United Kingdom, owned and operated by Bauer Media Group. It broadcasts a contemporary hit radio format, primarily playing pop and chart music. The network consists of four stations serving Birmingham, the Black Country, Coventry, Warwickshire, and Herefordshire & Worcestershire. Free Radio was established in 2012, rebranding from former local stations such as BRMB, Beacon, Mercia, and Wyvern. It is part of the Hits Radio Network and also offers local news, traffic updates, and regional programming.
