Leicester Sound Playlist
Leicester Sound was a commercial radio station based in Leicester, United Kingdom, that launched on 7 September 1984. It primarily served Leicestershire with a mix of music, news, and local content. In 2010, the station was merged with other East Midlands stations, RAM FM and Trent FM, to form Capital FM East Midlands, as part of Global Radio's rebranding. Leicester Sound broadcast on 105.4 FM and was well-regarded for its local focus before the rebranding. Its original studios were based in the Meridian Business Park in Leicester.
