It operated as a cross-border broadcaster, transmitting from studios in Surrey, Canada, while using U.S.-based transmitters in Blaine, Washington. The station aired a mix of Punjabi, Hindi, and other South Asian-language programming, including music, news, and talk shows. It ceased operations in 2014 after the CRTC (Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission) raised concerns about its use of a U.S. transmitter to target a Canadian audience without proper licensing.
