DB962 was a Dutch offshore pirate radio station that operated in the 1980s. It broadcast from the MV Ross Revenge, the same ship used by Radio Caroline, and primarily played contemporary hit music. The station was named after the Dutch broadcasting regulations (DB) and its frequency, 962 kHz. It targeted Dutch listeners and faced challenges due to anti-piracy laws. DB962 eventually ceased operations as offshore radio declined.
